ADM seeks a qualified and experienced accountant with at least 4+ years in financial operations, with accounting systems, preferably Xero and financial reporting.
Working with and reporting to the Director of Business Operations you will contribute to the mission of Anglican Deaconess Ministries based upon a strong evangelical Christian theology foundation and framework.
Assisting the Director of Business Operations, you will be responsible for completion of all monthly bank and payroll reconciliations. This role includes day to day accounting processes and requires ability to maintain consistent attention to detail and prioritising while supporting several Program Directors.
A mature Christian yourself, you have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, able to achieve reporting deadlines in supporting Program Directors.
Being well organised and having efficient time management skills, you will have experience supporting multiple senior level management personnel and preferably in operating Salesforce and/or other CRM.
