Administration Coordinator - Community and Mission

About the Role:



We are seeking a caring, self motivated, and team oriented Administration Coordinator to support the Business Manager and Community and Mission Leadership team with key administration functions.



The Administration Coordinator contributes to the efficient and effective functioning of the Community and Mission business unit, by ensuring that administrative aspects and the financial transactions of the department are managed, internal staff are supported, and assistance given for events as requested, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing information to them with best practice in a timely manner.



This position is a Permanent Part-Time - 3 days per week. There is potential for this to be increased over time.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing and tracking invoices including invoices from accounts receivable, trainings, catering and other orders.

  • Creating certificates of completion for handing out post trainings.

  • Support the Site Operations Managers with general administration and project work as needed

  • Assisting with events as required

  • Assisting with training bookings and communicating with participants and facilitators

  • Managing the administration of the online shop that supports CaM Programs

  • Actioning phone and email enquiries in a timely manner

  • Managing e-filing

  • Supporting the Community and Mission managers with adhoc enquiries surrounding business processes

  • Assisting to create process improvements where necessary

  • Actioning accounts payable processes




About you:


  • Administrative training qualification

  • Intermediate Microsoft office applications

  • Experience using MS Teams, Sharepoint and e-filing systems an advantage

  • NSW drivers Licence

  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload

  • A personal commitment to the Christian Faith

  • A current Working with Children Check or, willing to obtain
