Your Opportunity


Reporting to the National Strategic Asset Manager, this role will be providing administrative and organisational support to the Senior Operations Leadership Team.



This role will undertake and coordinate administrative functions, assist in project coordination and provide comprehensive support to the team.



Your Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative and business support to the team including scheduling meetings, preparing documents/reports and maintaining records

  • Assist in project coordination, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are completed efficiently

  • Maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with regulations

  • Coordinate all conferences, senior management meetings and staff meetings, travel arrangements and accommodation for Senior Operations Leadership Team

  • Liaise with members of MA senior management, government departments, external agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration




Requirements for Success


  • Minimum 3 years’ of proven experience in administrative, business support or coordination role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Proactive and very detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service

  • Demonstrated experience in the coordination and implementation of office procedures including collation of Board reports
