The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the organisation and internal departments/teams.
Note: Current job location is Norwest. We are relocating to Macquarie Park in 2025.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Ensure that all administration processes are managed effectively through appropriate implementation, monitoring and ongoing improvements to processes where required.
  • Arrange training and development and being involved in selection decisions.
  • Update the relevant files in accordance with organisation guidelines and completing all related administration, filing and spreadsheet/database updates and contribution to the development of care plans.
  • Ensure that general administrative tasks required of the position are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard in compliance with organisation policies and procedures, by maintaining and improving admin procedures, processing documentation, completing, and distributing correspondence, recording information, organising meetings and completing clerical activities (filing, faxing, emailing, photocopying, archiving, mail distribution and so on).
  • Control and allocate expenses, maintain petty cash and funds, balance reconciliations, and keep records, receive payments, manage bookings and enquiries, and comply with audit requirements.
Skills, knowledge and experience needed:
  • Administrative training qualification.
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar.
