The King’s School is seeking an experienced, intuitive and highly organised Receptionist.
The School Reception is the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing the front office, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school. The reception represents the school professionally and helps foster a welcoming and positive environment.
Please note, this is a permanent part time opportunity commencing at The King's Senior School in North Parramatta. This role will be part of a job share arrangement and will require attendance during School Term breaks. To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:
- Experience in a busy front office or reception role
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities
- Database management skills
- Ability to work independently, and exercise initiative in handling enquiries and tasks in a responsible manner without supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
