Description:

• You will cook for 30 children a day lunch and snacks.
• All meals and recipes are provided
• Needs a passion for cooking
• Experience preparing meals professionally or for themselves and their own family
• Professional chef qualifications are not necessary
• Basic understanding of dietary requirements
• Ability to manage meal timing effectively
• Cleaning kitchen and other light cleaning is involved
• Must be fun and bubbly!
• Must love children

Qualifications:

• FSS Certificate - If you don't have this, an easy 2-day online food safety course could be completed when hired for the job. We would guide you for this.
• Support our Christian Centre's philosophy

Job Hours:

• 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (5 hours a day)
• 24 hours per week available for Visa students

Compensation:

• Options for casual or full-time rates, based on qualification and experience
• Permanent rates begin at $24.85-$27.17
• Casual rates begin at $31.05-33.95

Start Date:

• Position to start on November 21, 2024, with 2 weeks of training alongside our current chef.
