Dominion City Church is a vibrant, multicultural Kingdom church with a global presence, now establishing in Australia. Though we are a new and growing congregation locally, Dominion City Church has a rich heritage of raising leaders (kings and priests) across many countries. Our mission is to raise individuals who will transform society for the good, living out the principles of God’s Kingdom. Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and Spirit-filled Christian Worship Singer who will lead worship and help create an atmosphere where the congregation can experience God’s presence. As a key part of our growing worship team, you will contribute to the spiritual and musical life of our church, inspiring the congregation to engage in heartfelt worship. You will also play a key role in helping us develop our worship culture as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in worship during Sunday services and special events.
- Collaborate with the worship team to prepare and rehearse songs for services.
- Foster an environment of reverence and passion for God during worship.
- Select and perform songs that align with the vision and values of Dominion City Church.
- Assist in setting up and managing sound equipment as needed.
- Support the church's mission to raise leaders by embodying the values of a Kingdom-driven life.
- Be an active part of our community, participating in church activities and encouraging others.
Qualifications:
- A committed follower of Christ with a heart for worship and ministry.
- Experience in singing and leading worship (experience with instruments is a plus but not required).
- A passion for multicultural worship and an openness to diverse styles of Christian music.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- A commitment to being part of Dominion City Church’s vision and family, helping establish and grow the congregation.
