About the role
Reporting to the Village Manager this exciting role will support HammondGrove residents to access the services and support they need as well as ensuring programmes and services are available and integration between services is seamless.
This role is based on site at Hammondville in south-west Sydney.

Key Responsibilities include
- First point of contact for all residents for services and support
- Arranging medical and other health related services and support to residents
- Supporting and assisting residents with their transport needs
- Collaborate with Transport Driver to coordinate and update booking schedules effectively
- Coordinating promotional events
- Organising additional services for residents
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- General reporting
- Administration duties
About You
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- Demonstrated experience working in a senior administration role
- Strong customer service skills going “above and beyond”
- Strong MS Office skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder experience dealing with people at all levels
- Empathic, patient and compassionate nature
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Aged Care experience desirable
