Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for over 700 campers in years K-6? CRU, a dynamic Christian youth organisation, is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the exciting role of Day Camps Coordinator.
About CRU's Day Camps Ministry:
Our Day Camps ministry is a vibrant community that welcomes over 700 campers annually, guided by the leadership of more than 250 high school and adult leaders. It's a space where joy, learning, and faith converge to create lasting memories for young hearts.
Responsibilities but not limited to:

Directing Day Camps: Take the lead in planning, organising, and executing Day Camps, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all participants.

Managing Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain partnerships that enhance the Day Camps ministry, fostering relationships with schools, community organisations, and other stakeholders.

Resource and Equipment Management: Ensure that resources and equipment within the Day Camps ministry meet high standards. Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing materials, activity guides, Christian discovery kits, and camp programs.

Support for Other Camp Directors: Collaborate with the Day Camps Manager and other camp directors, providing support in managing their camps and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children and fostering a positive camp experience.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in church kids / youth ministries, camp coordination or a related field.
