About the Role

The Director of Student Experience fulfills a dynamic and strategic position, overseeing the student admissions (registry) and support services, ensuring that every student, from admission to graduation, receives an enriching academic journey. This role involves leading a dedicated team, driving operational efficiency, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance student success and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and inspiring leader with a proven track record in team management, stakeholder engagement, and service excellence. Your Impact

In this key leadership position, you will drive student-centred initiatives, lead a large team of young staff, and implement strategies that enhance student success. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you will be instrumental in shaping policies and processes that contribute to a thriving student community.

To fulfill the role, you will have:

• Personal commitment to Christian Faith
• Completed a higher education qualification.
• Proven experience leading and managing a large team.
• Strong background in student administration (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to foster a culture of service excellence and innovation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders.
• Commitment to making a meaningful impact in Christian higher education.
