CRU is a Bible-based, interdenominational Christian youth organisation dedicated to helping students in independent schools know and follow Jesus. Our mission is to foster faith and community among students through engaging ministry and events.
We are currently seeking a passionate and organised Events / Schools Ministry Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of key events within our Schools Ministry Division. This supporting role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students, teachers and chaplains.
In this position:
- You will be responsible for managing logistics, communications, and follow-up for major events, including the biennial Teachers Conference and the Followers in Training (FIT) program.
- Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to the Schools Ministry Division and maintain and report on our event databases.
- Depending on your interests and skills, there may also be opportunities to support school chaplains, deliver Bible talks, and help plan camps.
To be successful in this role:
- You should have a strong personal faith and active involvement in ministry.
- Proven project management skills, excellent organisational abilities;
- Strong attention to detail are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
