We are seeking a talented and experienced EA/Admin Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to the COO and Head of HR. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of both offices, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows through timely email management, calendar coordination, and meeting scheduling for key stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee daily operations for the COO and Head of HR, ensuring smooth office management.



  • Manage emails, calendars, and correspondence, providing proactive support.



  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications with key stakeholders.



  • Assist with special projects, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.




Key Qualifications and Experience:




  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.



  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field.



  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.



  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.



  • Demonstrated experience in leading and driving initiatives to support business operations.
