About the Role:


We are seeking a Facilities Property Coordinator, Location – THQ Redfern, NSW for a Permanent – Full Time opportunity.



Purpose of the Role:



The role has primary responsibility for capturing, monitoring and presentation of property FM performance related data facilitating improved decision making, governance and ensuring visibility of Facilities Management initiatives as the group enables Portfolio-wide initiatives. The role also has responsibility for supporting the National FM, Area Facilities Managers and Frontline Maintenance Officers.



Key Roles and Responsibilities:




  • Provide reporting support to the AFM and Maintenance Team – Present data that enables insights assisting the identification of opportunities for Property to improve program, project and spend management.



  • Maintain Minor Works WIP, coordinating proposals, quotes and scopes of works for planned/unplanned works.



  • Support AFM by managing and coordinating WIP Team meetings.



  • Develop and coordinate RFQ’s and tenders to support WIP requirements.



  • Support the National FM Mgr in monitoring Property budget OPEX and CAPEX planning and expenditure per the various property proposals.



  • Maintain the Property Group’s Document management repository, Sharepoint. Enhance and maintain Sharepoint for the purpose of ensuring staff continue to benefit from the tool’s use.



  • Maintain an audit trail of documentation that supports approvals processes.



  • The ability to provide coverage for AFM in times of absence to ensure continuity of service delivery.




Education and Qualifications Required:





  • We are seeking individuals who are either looking to begin a career in Facilities Management or have a strong interest in pursuing this field as their long-term professional path.



  • Advanced Word/Excel skills and extensive use of O365 is mandatory.



  • Previous property workplace experience – preferred (not mandatory).



  • Recently completed tertiary study related to Business, Commercial or Property related.




Requirements of the role:




  • A National Criminal History Check is required



  • NDIS workers check



  • COVID Certificate
