As a Health & Wellness Consultant, you won’t just provide care—you’ll craft personalized wellness journeys that enhance the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing of our clients. Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver tailored, compassionate care that honors each client’s unique choices, ensuring their dignity and wellbeing.

  • Manage comprehensive care plans, assessments, and reviews, always prioritizing client satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

  • Collaborate with passionate colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless, top-notch service delivery.

  • Resolve challenges with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed to ensure client happiness.

  • Be a driving force in Anglicare’s pursuit of excellence by contributing to process improvements that benefit our clients and team.

  • Promote Anglicare’s core values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion, and Excellence in everything you do, fostering a supportive and vibrant work culture.



What We’re Looking For:


  • A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Community Services, or a relevant field.

  • Proven experience in community-based aged care services.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building meaningful connections.

  • Competent with technology, including electronic systems.
