This is an exciting prospect for a HR Payroll Systems Officer to join our dynamic, thriving and collaborative payroll team. As the successful candidate you will support the People Services Manager and Payroll team as required. You will lead payroll related projects, ensure that the payroll system is compliant against relevant legislation and assist in timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, and related benefits. In addition, you will ensure the maintenance of pay records, data and processes relating to our people and their benefits.

Your experience, skills and competencies should include more than 5 years’ experience in payroll systems support and sound knowledge of payroll procedures, payroll systems, time & attendance, general staff procedures. If you have demonstrated project and process improvement experience, and the ability to work in a high-volume complex environment you are our ideal candidate! Experience working on Chris21 (essential) and iChris (desirable). Also, experience working on WorkDay is strongly desirable.
