About the role
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, in Wesley Human Resources Operations (HR), the HR Assistant provides generalist HR and administrative support to the HR Operations Team and Wesley Mission staff.
The successful applicant will be a quick learner, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task. You will have previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a HR function or team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow and develop in their HR skills and knowledge with the potential for further development and growth subject to the individualโs capabilities, strengths and interests.
A qualification within the HR or Business Administration field would be advantageous to you in securing this role.

Employment conditions and remuneration will be in accordance with the Clerks Private Sector Award, Grade 4 with generous salary packaging opportunities available.
