About the Position


We are seeking a suitably qualified and collaborative candidate for this temporary (one-year) full-time position, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will be a dynamic educator who is a committed Christian, actively involved in their local church. In a key area of learning where innovation and real-world application is important, we would expect you to be able to integrate dynamic pedagogies and technology to give our students the competitive edge needed to engage well in their post-school world.


About You


With the ability to drive and facilitate a deep love of learning in students, your Christian faith will be evident in your ability to integrate an authentic Christian worldview into every learning experience. You will have a clear understanding of differentiated learning and assessment, catering for the individual needs of students. Along with NESA accreditation and holding a current Working with Children Check you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:



  • recent Stage 5 and 6 HSIE experience, with experience in Business Studies highly desirable (new graduates are still encouraged to apply)

  • collaborative, innovative and effective practice

  • strong interpersonal and written skills

  • a demonstrated capacity to work and contribute as a member of a curriculum and pastoral team flexibility and interest in working in an innovative and dynamic environment

  • commitment to ongoing professional growth and development

  • excellent ICT skills across a range of platforms
