About the Role
Primary responsibilities include:
- To translate the college unit materials and content into engaging online materials to enhance student learning experiences via the Learning Management System and course authoring tools.
- Project manage delivery of online eLearning content for each unit within the set timeline provided and with accuracy.
- Develop resources and provide training manual to support the effective use of e-learning for student success.
Selection Criteria

Qualifications and Professional Standing:
- Possession of a relevant degree level qualification in education, instructional design, curriculum development, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/ training
Essential:
- Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
- Experience (3+ years) working in a Learning Designer role, curriculum mapping and creating learning outcomes or equivalent.
- Experience in a higher education setting (or equivalent) would be an advantage.
- Experience in using Learning Management System (Totara) and “Articulate 360” and a range of tools, such as SCORM, HTML, XML, Adobe.
- Knowledge of regulatory threshold standards such as TEQSA, ESOS, and AQF, ensuring compliance in new courses.
