ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate, creative Marketing Specialist. You will work across a variety of tasks to successfully execute the School’s planned marketing activities with the primary focus to support the School’s student recruitment initiatives. This will include managing the annual advertising calendar and completion of media bookings. This is a highly relational role, and you will liaise with a range of stakeholders including department design and communications specialists as required.
Due to the nature of these tasks, you will be required to attend out of hours meetings, travel and events from time to time.

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following:
- Tertiary qualifications, or related experience /or other qualifications in Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline
- Previous event management experience is highly desirable
- Energy and creativity with a collegial and collaborative working style
- Advanced computer skills, in particular, the Microsoft Office suite
- Clear communication skills with a capacity to deal with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to attend events outside normal work hours
