About the Role:
Our Fundraising team is growing and we need you! Brand new permanent, part time (0.8 FTE), opportunity for a Product Development Manager to join our Redfern, SYD team with hybrid/flexible working arrangements. Reporting directly to the GM Product Development the successful candidate will support the development of product management capabilities, processes, and metrics to create and launch new fundraising products, as well as assist in the ongoing management of the product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Management Framework: Collaborate with the General Manager to establish a robust product development framework that aligns with organisational goals
- Create Donor Propositions: Work on developing new propositions to enhance engagement and loyalty
- Oversee Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, including ideation, proposition development, market launch, testing, and optimisation
- Enhance Product Development Capabilities: Contribute to building and refining processes, measures, and capabilities necessary for the development and launch of new propositions
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of products and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product performance in line with KPIs and market trends
About you:
- Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing/Business or similar
- 5+ years product management experience, and preferably experience in building and delivering new products to market
- Change management experience
- Fundraising experience preferred
