Service Scheduler – After Hours On-Call

Do you have a flair for problem solving? Do you have strong attention to detail and thrive on multitasking? We are looking for on-call after hours schedulers.


As a Service Scheduler, you will support the provisioning of efficient delivery of home services across the organisation providing the highest quality customer service.

The successful applicants will work a combination of shifts that are made up of the following;



  • Wednesday - Friday 4:30pm – 8:30pm

  • Saturday 6am – 2pm

  • Public Holidays 12:30pm – 8:30pm




What do we need from you?



  • Proficiency in the operation of customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of application

  • Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, their families, employees and stakeholders
