About the Role
Primary responsibilities include:
· Answering first level enquiries and ensure requests are triaged, if needed, to the correct staff member or department.
· Preparing staff and student ID card lists and coordinating the printing and distribution of ID cards.
· Preparing, printing, and posting timetabling signage as well as data entry for the College’s timetabling software.
· Preparing and issuing official correspondence to students, including letters and transcripts.
· Seasonal administrative tasks associated with the on-campus events (e.g. orientation, registration).
Processing commencing student applications tasks for Student Database (Paradigm).
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, applicants must address the selection criteria below and attach their response as a separate document in the application process.
· Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
· Experience in an administrative and/or customer service setting.
· An understanding of the principles of customer service excellence is required.
· Demonstrated ability to triage and problem solve.
· Technological literacy and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with staff and students. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines with demonstrated punctuality and reliability.
