The position of Technology Enablement Team (TET) Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing project activities, from initiation to completion.

The position reports to the Head of Technology.

Key Accountabilities

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting specified objectives and quality standards;
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on a project;
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality;
  • Fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members;
  • Creating supporting project documentation.

Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Proven Experience delivering web, integration and CRM enhancement projects
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies;
  • In-depth experience implementing corporate and technology projects;
  • Strong experience managing project teams;
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Technology, Management).

Desirable

  • Experience in NFP Sector;
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
