Role Overview
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our outreach team. As a Volunteer Christian Outreach Coordinator, you will assist in reaching people across a variety of platforms and locations—social media, schools, universities, workplaces, public spaces, hospitals, and during church services. Your main goal will be to engage with individuals, spreading the love of Christ and inviting them into the family at Dominion City Church. Those with experience in outreach are also encouraged to apply to help coach and guide new team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with people in diverse settings to share the mission and message of Dominion City Church


• Utilize social media to connect with broader audiences and promote church events


• Attend outreach events and assist in organizing activities that connect people to our church family


• Mentor new outreach workers, sharing insights and strategies for effective outreach


• Be a welcoming face during church services, guiding new visitors and helping them feel at home


• Work closely with the church leadership to align outreach efforts with church goals

Qualifications and Skills

• Passionate about sharing the message of Christ with a heart for outreach


• Experience in outreach or community engagement is welcome but not required


• Good communication skills, both online and in person


• Social media experience is an asset, but training can be provided


• Team player with the ability to mentor others


• A heart for building relationships and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds
