St Mary’s Villa is a high-quality residential aged care facility operated by St Mary’s Catholic Parish at Concord.
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team at St Mary’s Villa. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality administrative services to the team, residents and relatives at St Mary’s Villa. The primary focus of the position is to ensure information, coordination and operational processes support excellent care and services delivery.
This role will be a part-time role working our weekend shifts on Friday – Sunday. The expectation is to be available for weekend shifts and to have flexibility to cover the occasion shift during the week.
