About the Role

Primary responsibilities are to coordinate student compliance administration, including:

• Identifying students-at-risk of not complying to their student requirements of satisfactory course progression;

• Liaising with international students about their study obligations to meet course progression requirements;

• Using and updating PRISMs on a regular basis, ensuring data is accurately maintained and reported;

• Consulting regulation including ESOS National Code, TEQSA, and Department of Home Affairs (DHA);

• Ensuring international student enrolment and progression is compliant under all regulatory frameworks; and

• Extracting data to build reports and dashboards that communicate risk and focus areas for student compliance.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications and Professional Standing:

• Relevant degree level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/training.

• Experience in a higher education (2+ years), working with international students.

Essential:

• Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation.

• Working knowledge of International student’s regulatory frameworks (ESOS National Code).

• Demonstrated experience using PRISMs on a regular basis in a current or previous role.

• Advanced excel skills, including ability to use LOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

• Strong analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills and the ability to analyse, summarise, and present data.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

• Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of institutional policies and procedures.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Must have acute attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
