Established in 1998, Penrith Anglican College in Orchard Hills seeks to nurture and develop empowered learners with strength of character who know and follow Christ and serve others. Due to significant sustained growth across the College, the Deputy Principal, Pre-K to Year 12, is a newly created key leadership role at the College to support an expanding community of students and staff. Developed to support the Principal, this pivotal role involves strategic leadership and the day-to-day management of the entire school, from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. The Deputy Principal plays a key role in promoting the school's strategic vision, ensuring cohesion across academic, pastoral and co-curricular programs, fostering a positive learning environment. They work closely with the Principal, Heads of School and other senior leaders to oversee school operations, drive continuous improvement and support staff development. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong commitment to Christian education, capable of leading with purpose, managing people effectively and contributing to the broader school community.

- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the wellbeing of staff and students.
- Understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices and the regulatory requirements for both primary and secondary education.
- Ability to lead professional learning initiatives and facilitate staff growth and development.
