The Position Available

• The role has become available due to organic growth of the business
• It is a very small Residential portfolio from their exisiting commercial clients that have requested their asset portfolio to be consolidated under management with the one agency.
• There is opportunity to progress into commercial management if desired
• Weekly training and mentoring sessions with a leading Property Management coach
• You will be required to work autonomously and make the role your own

The Candidate Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in Real Estate (PM preferred)
• Customer service focused outlook and approach to work
• Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
• Have great communication skills
• Have a positive and can-do attitude
• Ability to work well with people
• Possess of a current Registration or Real Estate Licence and valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
