All teachers at RHAC are employed under the Independent Schools Standards Model Multi Enterprise Agreement (MEA). The MEA outlines teacher’s salaries and their employment rights and responsibilities.
Child Safety
The College actively promotes the safety and wellbeing of all students and requires all prospective staff to be suitable and committed to protecting students from harm in the school environment. The College implements theChild Safe Standards developed by the Office of the Children’s Guardian.All College staff receive annual training in Child Protection.
