About the role:

As the new Marketing Specialist - People Marketing, you will be at the heart of our mission to attract, engage, and retain top talent! Your role will involve designing and executing innovative recruitment marketing campaigns, enhancing our employer brand, and leveraging diverse channels to connect with potential candidates.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and in collaboration with the People and Culture team—you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies for employer branding, as well as designing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including job advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital content.
• Manage the distribution of marketing content across various channels, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
• Create compelling content and campaigns that highlight our unique culture, values, and employee experiences.
• Ensure consistent communication of the employer brand across all channels, from job advertisements and onboarding materials to internal branding campaigns.
• Analyse and understand the entire employee lifecycle with key stakeholders to identify key touchpoints for enhancing the employer brand.

About you:

To be considered, you will have:
• A marketing qualification OR at least 5 years of experience in a marketing position
• Proven background in both digital and outdoor marketing campaigns
• A balance of creativity and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely well organised and self-motivated with a high levels of initiative
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality
• A desire to contribute to products or services with meaningful impact
• A valid driver’s license and commitment to travel from time-to-time
• Genuine alignment to BaptistCare’s vision, purpose and values
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Skills in negotiation and managing relationships with various stakeholders
• Previous experience working with People & Culture teams highly advantageous.
