St Luke's Grammar School is an Independent, Anglican, co-educational school, with two Campuses on Sydney's Northern Beaches. One Campus is located in Dee Why (Pre-K to Year 12) and a second Campus is located in Bayview (Pre-K to Year 6). St Luke’s has built a reputation as a premier co-educational independent school that achieves outstanding academic and pastoral outcomes for students.

St Luke’s employs over 130 full-time and part-time teachers, supported by teachers’ aides, peripatetic tutors and administrative and grounds staff. The School currently has over 1500 students across our two campuses with approximately 1250 students at our Dee Why Campus and 270 students at the Bayview Campus.

St Luke’s Grammar School is one of eighteen schools that are part of the Anglican Schools Corporation (ASC) network of schools. ASC staff work closely with the Principal and School Council to ensure wise oversight and governance of the School as well as provide support with core services including finance, IT, Compliance and Human Resources.

Position: Student Futures and Partnerships Coordinator

Load: Permanent Full Time (0.4 teaching load to be negotiated)

Level: Senior School Teacher, Leadership Level 1

Commencement: Term 1, 2025 (or earlier by negotiation)

Reporting to: The Head of Senior School

About the Role

St Luke’s Grammar School is seeking to appoint a Student Futures and Partnerships Coordinator.

This role would suit an organisational psychologist, educator or other professional with a passion for opening opportunities for students to find their place in the world after School.

    • Work with the School Executive to explore alternative credentialing options for students.
    • Keep abreast of changes in the job market and post-school opportunities for students.
    • Conduct research on educational trends and practices to better prepare students for future careers.
    • Keep the School Executive informed about future opportunities for students.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as requested by the Principal.

Licences/Certificates/Qualifications

  • Valid Working with Children Check required
  • Tertiary teaching qualifications as required by NESA
  • Preferred - Certification (or working towards) in Careers Education

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

  • Strong physical, mental and emotional health to deal with the required demands and responsibilities of the role.
