Your Role:

As a Supervisor at DIOR, you will recognize the importance of listening to your team's ideas and helping them develop their skills. When you are not on the boutique floor, you will collaborate closely with the Boutique Manager to create and implement sales strategies that support your team and the boutique's success. You will also harness the magic of DIOR to build client loyalty through exceptional welcomes, rapport-building, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Exhibiting a passion for luxury retail
• Maintaining a KPI-driven mindset
• Demonstrating exceptional sales techniques
• Displaying strong leadership qualities by motivating and developing team members
• Professionally managing a diverse range of clientele and requests
• Working effectively both in a team and independently
• Providing administrative support to the Boutique Manager
• Setting an example for your team by acting as a role model
• Upholding impeccable grooming standards

We currently havea permanent full-timeopportunity (38 hours per week)at ourCastlereagh Street Flagship Boutique.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of four years of relevant experience with one year at a supervisory or managerial level within the retail industry.
